JOBZEN HOMEOWNER TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jobzen Platform operated by Homepro Network LLC d/b/a Jobzen (“Jobzen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Jobzen website, mobile app, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), or by booking a Jobzen professional (“Pro”), you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Jobzen Platform
Jobzen provides a digital marketplace that connects Customers with independent Pros who offer household and property services such as cleaning, handyman work, organizing, yard care, assembly, and similar tasks (“Services”). Jobzen is not a service provider or general contractor. Each Pro operates as an independent business and is solely responsible for the Services they perform.

Independent Pros
Pros are independent contractors, not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Jobzen.
Pros supply their own tools, determine how to complete tasks, and are responsible for their conduct, workmanship, and compliance with applicable law.
Jobzen does not supervise or control the manner or outcome of any Service.
Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate job information, safe working conditions, and lawful access to the service location.
Inspect completed work at the time of service. Once you mark a job as accepted in the Platform, payment is released to the Pro and the job is considered final (see Section 6).
Do not engage a Pro outside the Platform for future work; doing so violates our non-circumvention policy (Section 10).
Booking and Payments
All scheduling, communication, and payments must occur within the Platform.
Prices, estimates, and job scopes are established between you and the Pro.
You authorize Jobzen to process all payments through our payment processor on behalf of the Pro.
Jobzen deducts its platform fee and remits the balance directly to the Pro.
Completion, Acceptance, and Payment Release
You agree to inspect all Services at the time of completion before the Pro leaves the property.
When you approve the work or otherwise mark the job as “accepted” in the Platform:
Payment is immediately released in full to the Pro.
The job is deemed final and approved.
You waive any right to later dispute, refund, or chargeback, except for verified fraud or intentional misconduct. Issues discovered after acceptance that could not reasonably have been identified at completion must be reported to Jobzen within 24 hours. After that period, the work is conclusively accepted.

Insurance and Coverage
Each Pro must maintain insurance or enroll in Jobzen’s insurance coverage program. Jobzen’s platform coverage, when applicable, is facilitative only and does not replace your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance. The Pro remains directly responsible for any damages or losses arising from their Services.

Hold-Harmless and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Jobzen, Homepro Network LLC, and their officers, members, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
The acts, omissions, or negligence of any Pro;
Your use of the Platform or Services; or
Any breach of these Terms by you.
Jobzen’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total fees you paid for the disputed Service or (b) $1,000. Jobzen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Safety and Conduct
Pros will identify themselves by name and obtain your permission before entering the premises. They are required to maintain neat, professional attire appropriate for in-home work. You agree to treat Pros respectfully and provide a safe workspace.

Non-Circumvention
You agree not to hire, solicit, or engage any Pro introduced through Jobzen outside the Platform for a period of twenty-four (24) months following introduction. Violations may result in suspension, service termination, and recovery of damages equal to the value of the circumvented work plus administrative costs.

Chargebacks and Fraud
If you file a chargeback without following the dispute process, Jobzen may provide transaction records to your payment provider showing your acceptance of these Terms and the work performed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action.

Modifications and Termination
Jobzen may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Jobzen may suspend or terminate your access for policy violations or unlawful activity.

Governing Law and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any Service shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Jobzen waive the right to trial by jury and agree that claims will be brought only on an individual basis, not as a class action or representative proceeding. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jobzen regarding the Platform and supersede all prior understandings. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Customer Acknowledgement
I have read and agree to the Jobzen Homeowner Terms of Service.
I understand that Pros are independent contractors, not employees of Jobzen.
I understand that payment is released in full when I accept a job and that I waive future disputes except for proven fraud.
