Jobzen (“Jobzen,” “we,” “our,” “us”), a DBA of Homepro Network LLC, provides an online marketplace that connects homeowners with verified service professionals (“Pros”) for home tasks, projects, and related services.

Background Checks: Through integrated partners like Checkr (for Pros).
Payment Providers: Transaction confirmations, payout details, fraud monitoring.

Pros or Homeowners: Ratings, reviews, feedback, and dispute information.
D. Photo & Image Upload Requirements
To maintain trust, safety, and accountability on the Platform — similar to how platforms like Airbnb, DoorDash, and Turo operate — Jobzen requires or may require users to upload photos and images in certain circumstances. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Requirements for Pros:
A clear, current profile photo (headshot) for identity and trust purposes.
Photos of relevant licenses, certifications, insurance documents, or equipment where required for verification.
Before-and-after photos of completed work, which may be required to confirm job completion, support payment processing, or resolve disputes.
Photos of damage, hazards, or unusual job-site conditions discovered during a job.
Requirements for Homeowners / Clients:
Photos of the job site, area, or items relevant to the requested service, prior to or at the time of booking, to help Pros assess scope and prepare appropriately.
Photos documenting pre-existing damage or conditions at the property, where requested.
Photos or images to support a dispute, claim, or review.
General Image Upload Terms:
All images must be accurate, current, and relevant to the service or booking. You may not upload misleading, offensive, or unauthorized images.
Uploaded images may be reviewed by Jobzen's trust and safety team for verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
Certain images (such as job-site photos or Pro profile photos) may be shared with the other party to a booking to facilitate the service.
Jobzen does not sell your images to third parties. Images may be shared with service providers (e.g., cloud storage, insurance partners) strictly as necessary to operate the Platform.
You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant Jobzen a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use those images within the Platform for the purposes described in this Policy.
Failure to provide required images may result in booking delays, cancellations, withheld payments, or account suspension, consistent with Jobzen's Terms of Service.
